He could have told the (subpar) professional racing car driver to slow the fuck down in this residential area. I'm not moralising, but Walker chose a life filled with high speed dangerous driving and paid the price. Street racing is a stupid thing to die for, hence he was an idiot.

Agreed. Even professional drivers wreck cars, they actually wreck cars more often than a normal person. And when you're in a sports car, on a city street with no helmets or roll cages, fire extinguisher, or foam filled panels. It's extremely dangerous. If Paul wasn't concerned about his own life, he could have at least been concerned about other pedestrians or drivers on the road. I don't care if Jeff Gordon or whoever was behind the wheel I would say let me out. |

He also assumed that they were driving through a residential area, when in fact they were driving through a private office park (and after business hours, if I remember correctly).
