There is no excuse ; it's called incompetence and the surgeon should be remanded to another practice .

Tennessee hospitals are notorious for doing "New procedures" for old recommended maladies. I had a hernia operation there and they insisted on using a "Pouch" method. I never was comfortable with it and moved to the "Try State Area" Northern Kentucky to be exact. I've always been a physical person and ripped the mended hernia out during a remodeling job. The surgeon that re-did the surgery told me I should never have been considered for this as I was a very physical individual. 15 years and no problems! There are doctors and there are Physicians.
