The parents of the little girl and organizers of the event along Muzhappilangad Beach in the Kannur district of Kerala, India, have since been charged for endangering the tiny tot. The little girl floated to some 40 feet above the beach as a truck pulled her beneath a multi-colored parachute.

Yes well i dont think that would matter with these parents....its suprizing they didnt extract the fetus at birth by one of these things

Well they didn't have to listen to her scream while she was out of ear shot. They are just trying to toughen her up for prostitution.
