I *think* those are two different guys. Cruz I think break checked the van and got bumped, which I guess enraged some of the bikers. The paralyzed guy (Mieses) claims he was just going to check on Cruz and tried to get other bikers to just carry on with the ride when he got run over by the van as he walked away.

I wouldn't say he deserves to be paralyzed. If you believe his version of events, he was just going to check on Cruz and did not attack the van driver. I haven't watched the recording in a long time and I don't know if his version of events is accurate or not.  |

This idiots family wants The REAL victim(s) to be punished for his actions. See. THIS is the perfect example for the Stand Your Ground law. He was surrounded by hostile people attempting to gain access into the car. He feared for the lives of his child and wife. He had no other choice BUT to speed away. Murdering innocents just because they were walking at night with skittles, snapple, and a phone or playing music too loud, should be considered murder and the pos CHARGED with 1st Degree and sentenced to LWP and the first few years in solitary. |

When I watch the video, I see the idiot who brake checked the SUV trying to get the driver out. I don't see anyone else. I see bikers in front and on the sides standing there watching.
