I still think it would be better to get rid of the IRS and just have a flat sales tax with a few exclusions (food, education items, used items, etc.). You make more - you buy more - you pay more.
That's the thing with flat tax - make more never means buy as much proportionately. Still screws the little guy that spends 70% of his annual earnings - think of the rich guys that live of of interests and don't touch principle.
