Re: Orangutan Saves Baby Chick from Drowning

Orangutan's are the most laid back of the great apes it seems.

An Orangutan has enough strength to rip the arm completely off of a grown man. To see an animal that commands such respect be so gentle to a tiny frail baby bird leaes me speechless

Re: Orangutan Saves Baby Chick from Drowning

I think his purpose was just to save the baby's life: if he wanted to snack him, then he would have just brutally grabbed him rather than being so gentle. Plus, orangutans are mostly foragers, they even eat soil and rocks, sometimes.
Some people call "animals" other people in order to offend them: i would think twice before doing that, especially after watching videos like this one.
