Reminds me of the John Gotti, John Favara case. Mafia godfather Gotti's youngest son was killed by Favara when he darted out from behind a dumpster on a mini bike. Favara couldn't stop in time.
Favara was cleared of any wrongdoing and it was ruled a tragic accident.

Gotti didn't sue however, he just got Favara disposed of.

she was 6mph max over the limit max. The kids acknowledged they heard her coming and carried on riding 3 in a row. at 1am. on a rainy night. all dressed in black.

This women, who may have been a cunt, did not have to give a drink or drug test but she did both and passed both. The law cleared her but the parents are sueing so she has no choice but to counter sue. there is no black and white (with the info we have thus far) only shades of grey. A article I saw quotes allegations from the family that she was drunk. As harsh as it is she has to defend herself, given that the was sober and has proof. At the moment it seems to me the family are trying to profit and she is just defending herself and what she claimes is true.

How many of you wouldnt be hit hard emotionally after killing a kid?

but on the other hand I hate the police and the law and her pig husband didnt get out of his car to help. how many times has she or her pig husband laughed as innocent people got nailed to a cross?

Oh I thought she didn't do the breathalyzer. When did she do it? Like at the scene or did she go to the police station or something?
