This women, who may have been a cunt, did not have to give a drink or drug test but she did both and passed both. The law cleared her but the parents are sueing so she has no choice but to counter sue. there is no black and white (with the info we have thus far) only shades of grey. A article I saw quotes allegations from the family that she was drunk. As harsh as it is she has to defend herself, given that the was sober and has proof. At the moment it seems to me the family are trying to profit and she is just defending herself and what she claimes is true.

I almost had a heart attack when a child hit my car with his scooter, but, I jumped out of the car!

The mother saw what happened. He came out from between parked cars. I did stop, but, he hit my car. My heart pounded so hard!

I was a backseat passenger in a car that got hit by a kid on a bike. We were driving through a strip mall parking lot and he rode off of a sidewalk along the mall. He didn't look around the corner and we had no way of seeing him. He bounced off the hood. He was ok but we called an ambulance anyway, even though he just wanted to ride off.

But then who will pay for damages done to the SUV? Those kids are an exsmple of darwinism at it's finest. She shouldn't be stuck with that on her driving record
