Yes Methadone. A very dangerous and tightly controlled Class A drug which is actually an analgesic painkiller prescribed for severe pain but is also prescribed as a heroin substitute to addicts who want to kick the habit. It has a really long half-life, so it's actually dangerous and relatively easy to OD on even if the person is used to opiates, including heroin.

Yes I know what Methadone is, a friend of mine OD'd on it and died..

Yep I know. Its very tightly controlled here in the UK, as it should be.
