It made it's way into China and then was uploaded onto a Chinese website. From there it has been copied and had voiceovers in English. It's much harder to keep information local now. It's a bit like walking the razor. On one hand you want complete indoctrination of a captive population and on the other hand you don't want anyone to find out the lies you tell your own people. Some of the propaganda is bound to get out.

I agree but apart from a few books from exiles we dont get a lot but we have been getting a few vids of late and I am a tad suspicious. I read on another site that the voice-overs are not correct. Again I dont really know, Im just throwing the idea out there. If you were to make a anti-us vid you could make it a lot worse using facts, seems strange to avoid things like g-bay/Iraq ect and then make up shit about eating all the birds

First off, keep in mind that the highest office in the land is occupied by an immature soft video game playing half wit who never did well in any educational institution.
Next, you must understand that the population has had no outside exposure to real world facts. So educating them on real issues is a waste of time.
Last and most important, it's a death sentence to disagree with what is politically correct.
Therefore, any thing the state media puts out must be accepted.

The truth: Obviously the voiceover is just hilarious bullshit. I don't speak korean and neither did the guy who did the voiceover. He did it as a joke and then uploaded it to youtube for laughs.
As far as I can tell it is about poverty in USA but not nearly so funny in Korean. If anyone speaks Korean please feel free to provide a transcript of the Korean narrative.

Ok, Ok! But it was seriously funny. I don't speak or understand more than three words in Korean but I did like this video. And it is a propaganda video even if the English voiceover is hilariously over doing it.
