Those injuries, as defined by state code include: “disfigurement, a fracture, a severe burn or laceration, mutilation, maiming, forced ingestion of dangerous substances, or life threatening internal injuries.”

So far this poor child endured the full definition of the charge. Toxicology results are being released to the ADA later this afternoon.
