Re: NASA Tests ‘Most Powerful Rocket Booster Ever’

Im not really impressed by rockets anymore. It was cool when all we wanted to accomplish was putting a man on the moon, but what is the point of using a rocket to get from point A to point B when there is so much distance in outer space? It takes too long and is impractical. There needs to be another way to travel.

Wow. Thats alot thrust. I wonder how long they can keep those burning while still being effective.

How do they keep that fastened down?
That's what SHE said.

Re: NASA Tests ‘Most Powerful Rocket Booster Ever’

Good point, how did it not deform from such unspent energy?
Simple physics; output. Energy being thrown out, not absorbed.

Yes but the outward thrust is trying to propel the rocket itself. Which, I imagine, would put great pressure on the structure.

Not if the structure is static.
