Re: Mystery Man Dead with Cache, 6 Tons of Ammo and Underwater SUV
Is there a list that you go on that shows previously registered weapons? Can I legally go buy hundreds of guns and then sell them to a cartel, repeatedly - and still look clean? |

Depends on what state you live in. There's no federal database for sub-Class III firearms and non-explosives -- or at least, there's not supposed to be -- but a number of states maintain owner registries and keep track of things like serial numbers. That's what I love about my state: as long as the serial number is intact, the weapon hasn't been reported as stolen and isn't restricted, and you're a non-felon of legal possession age, then law enforcement couldn't give a fuck less. |

Not if you get caught selling them to the cartel, which you probably will if you do it in volume. Once the weapons start showing up in street crime, your name would appear again and again. Firearm sales are tracked to the first retail buyer, form 4473 Being an honest citizen that completed form 4473 correctly and passed the background check, the Feds will know exactly where to find you Criminal conspiracy would probably be the charges you would first be charged with: conspiring to provide weapons to a known criminal enterprise or individual, then they would pile on from there. |

Re: Mystery Man Dead with Cache, 6 Tons of Ammo and Underwater SUV
This reminds me of the moviev True Lies. His wife owned a business and took her employee to oregon and hoped on return the body and house would be cleared by some secret agency. The employee even thought he was part alien lol Wonder what kind of business the wife had as both are very gullible. He was a loner and very private so his mind had enough food for thought for years and years. Maybe he was afraid aliens would invade the earth or terrorists would attack the U.S or a giant earthquake would disrupt california and he would be prepared. He never fired the guns, only collected. The only question is where he got the cash money from as officially he had no income. Wonder if he was a member of a californian militia group or some cult/sect. Did he own a cell phone or computer so they can trace his interests and whereabouts etc. Time will learn. lol |

That "underwater suv" is probably a snorkel jeep. Intake and exhaust are pointed up to keep water from entering the engine. People around here have those dor mudding, duning by the ocean, or riverwalking.
