Mysterious Object at the Bottom of the Baltic Sea

This amazing sonar image appears to show Han Solo's Star Wars spaceship the Millennium ****** at the bottom of the Baltic Sea.

Swiss treasure hunters found the mysterious object while hunting sunken vessels.

Head of the team Peter Lindberg was looking for booze in a Swedish merchant ship sunk by the Germans in World War One.

He said of the image: "I have never seen anything like it."

Now the team need further funding to recover the lookalike of the Millennium ******.

I think they took it from quite high up so it's quite a size

Re: Mysterious Object at the Bottom of the Baltic Sea

That is a detector for nuclear submarines.......When and if they pull it up, they will find wiring attached to it.....It's either Russian, so they could monitor traffic in the Baltic, or it's U.S. so they could watch for Russian subs. Sorry it's not something more interesting than that.......A spaceship would have been a lot more fun........

or nazi technology that was scuttled before the allies could get it

Re: Mysterious Object at the Bottom of the Baltic Sea

you know it could just be the remains of a building from one of our many hundreds of thousands of years known on this earth as a people capable of cutting granite with diamond-tip drills 5,000 years or 60,000 years ago usually are responsible for interesting things :)

Re: Mysterious Object at the Bottom of the Baltic Sea

It's actually a Cylon Raider from the original Battlestar Galactica series. It has happened before, it will happen again!
