Not allowed to consume, manufacture, buy, sell, or transfer intoxicants. The only caveat is within limited circumstances involving medical care (i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical marijuana, alcohol as a disinfectant/additive for cough medicines and expectorants, narcotic pain relief).
