I don't read Norwegian, is the Vietcong monkey on the hospital bed the perp or a victim? Regardless, what is a Vietcong doing in Oslo? Also, what did they shock or shoot the monkey with, it sounded like heavy ordnance, maybe a less than lethal bean bag round?
