Mother to Sue Marvel Comics $50 Million
Apparently she holds Marvel Comics directly responsible for the death of her 12 year old child who took a mighty leap from a tall apartment building because he thought he could fly like Spider Man. Obviously this did not end well for our young super hero.

A 12 year old that honest to goodness thought he could leap like Spiderman? Was he delusional or something? That's something I'd expect from a 5 year old maybe. It's just sad and could have easily been avoided. And 3 hours? Yeah....that's a true grieving mother right there... |

Bull. Firstly, I find this highly suspicious, but even if her claims are true, Marvel comics didn't make her son a dipshit. I don't see any other kids leaping out of multistory windows because Spiderman did it first  Christ...If Batman takes a bath with a toaster oven are your kids gonna follow suit at that age?  |
