But did he continue to hit her repeatedly and therefore was an immediate or genuine threat, or is it more of a case of hot-headed woman just wanting to kill him because he slapped her even though he was no longer a threat? If the latter is the case, then I was thinking how funny it would be if they reopened the case as a murder investigation if she stupidly decided to try and push a lawsuit. No one should profit from murder, even if the guy was complete scum. |

Crazy situation. He couldve easily ignored her yapping, went outside for a few mins. He couldve went and sat down and played on his phone until she left...or waited outside or something. There is no reason to swing on a woman unless she is physically attacking you.  |

He could have walked away, she could have stayed silent. If she did actually tell her kid to go after the bystanders, then she deserves massive prison time, otherwise let that boy into the CPD because he's a better shot with that subcompact than 90% of cops are with their full sized kitted out pistols. |
