Missouri - It is video that`s hard to watch. For many, even harder to believe. A mother egging on her little girl, not even out of diapers in a fist fight.


A woman, who asked not to be identified, alerted television station KTVI to the video. She knows the mother of the little girl in these pictures, and fears she`s putting that child in danger.

"Ball up your fist. It`s like she`s training her before she starts school or something. It`s sad because today`s society in the black community its really sickening that these kids are learning how to fight, get guns and stuff, and it shouldn't be going on."

Dr. Russell Hyken is a child psychologist. He found this tough to stomach.

"That's pretty overwhelming. Those are small children that really don't even understand what is going on. I mean one child is screaming and the other child continues to go after her. I'm thinking what is going on here?"

It`s a questioned KTVI asked Missouri's Department of Social Services requesting that they view this video. They would only respond that they can't comment on specific cases. Hyken thinks this one should be on their radar.

"It's something that they at least need to be looking at. You know, I don't know the law in that area, but as a therapist, and a family therapist at that, I`m pretty concerned that the parents are encouraging violence and putting their kids in a physically abusive situation."

"Who allows that? And there were other adults in the room and they let her get off with that and it's sickening."
