I haven't watched any of the several documentaries out there- is there a motive? I know he pled out and didn't speak, but is there anything from the investigation to suggest he was after one or more of them for any reason? thanks for sharing, it was horribly sad

Yes, it’s speculated that Madison Mogen was his intended targeted. He watched a lot of sleeping women rape porn. Kaylee was in town but wasn’t living there so I don’t think he didn’t expect her. Xana went downstairs to get her DoorDash order minutes before BK entered the house so he would have seen her. I think he liked the idea of committing a rape/murder while others either slept or were in the house, just like Bundy’s chi omega murders and we know BK is a Bundy fan from his internet history.

Xana takes her DoorDash to her room and is eating/ scrolling on her phone when she hears some screams and weird noises from the room she upstairs.

This is where it gets speculative. The investigators said they don’t think Xana went up to Maddie’s room to investigate the noise, encountering BK and getting chased back downstairs and into her room.
But somehow she encountered him. She likely opened her door right as he was walking by after coming down the stairs. Which one of the surviving roommates did as well after she heard the noises from Xana’s room. She was practically face to face with BK as he walked out of the house but he was likely too fatigued/ figured the cops had been called and let her live.

Ethan was collateral unfortunately, he was barely awake and had the least amount of defensive wounds. BK likely encountered Xana, wounded her, saw her big boyfriend in the bed either sleeping or half awake, killed him quickly and then finished killing Xana.

i think it was an ill planned Bundy-inspired rape/murder of a sleeping girl that got extremely out of control due unforeseen circumstances/ BK thinking he could pull off something like that without waking the entire house like it’s the 1970s.

Someone tried to uncensor the image of Xana so the scene looked roughly like this where she was found. It’s so unfathomable to me, it seems like a movie almost.

Talking about Xana, apparently, it's her on this picture. The pictures was now deleted by the guy who post all the pictures. An error from the police i think.
