Wanted to post this earlier.. this was in my state..my local news covered it.. As for Canada and not trying people under age 12? In my state, we'll try a 6 yr old for murder as an adult.. (Would try a 12 month old for it if they could somehow.) Not sure these will embed properly, if not?
