MONDAY MORNING MUGSHOT: SHE AND HER ACCOMPLICE ALLEGEDLY TRIED TO KILL 27 PUPPI
Gloria Lee of Las Vegas, Nevada was charged last week with first-degree arson, conspiracy to commit arson, 27 counts of felony attempted animal abuse, conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary when she allowed her co-conspirator Kirk Bills into her Prince & Princess Pet Shop so that he could douse the place, including the cages containing the puppies, with kerosene, in what we assume was an attempt to collect insurance money.
