Mom Who Sliced Penis of Man She Thought Molested Her Son Will Not Serve Time
November 12, 2014 news.com.au A woman wrongly accused a teenager of molesting her toddler son before slicing his penis with a box cutter. Bonita Lynn Vela claimed her daughter’s boyfriend attacked her two year old child and cut the teen with a box cutter last year, a court was told. Vela attacked the teenager, along with two other men, who helped hold him during the attack in Franklin, Indiana, where she told him to choose between his penis or his life. The 36 year old Vela pleaded guilty in Johnson County Court to confinement and battery but, was spared jail over the brutal attack, The New York Daily News reported. She was instead sentenced to 10 months home detention and 6 months probation and anger management counselling. Vela told the court she only intended to scare the teen who was cut when he tried to knock the blade from her hand. Police said Vela told him, “she wanted to scar him so that he would have to look at it every time that he had sex in the future.” She also admitted that she became suspicious of the teen after smoking marijuana. The victim, who told police he never touched the toddler, did not seek jail time for Vela on the condition she acknowledged her offence. Photo: Johnson County Sheriff’s Department  · |
