Re: Mom Bites Off Dog’s Ear to Save 2 Year Old Daughter During Attack
When it comes to large dogs, it's just best to find a kennel or at least a pet sitter with some professional or hands on experience. When it comes to small, yippty dogs it's best to just find a shotgun |

Re: Mom Bites Off Dog’s Ear to Save 2 Year Old Daughter During Attack
Our hands give us a great advantage over every other organism on the planet and she decides to put her own face in danger by biting the dog in the ear. I wonder how long she sat there throwing out mindless screams before making the poor decision to bite the dog? She should have killed the dog herself by ripping its eyes out and then stomping its head into jelly. |

Re: Mom Bites Off Dog’s Ear to Save 2 Year Old Daughter During Attack
Hands often are not enough to get an attacking dog off of it's target. Funny, the things you'll do when you feel your child's life is in danger. Important note about dogs: Even if your best friend's dog seems like the nicest dog in the world - if you have not been actively participating in it's training - you cannot trust it. Same goes for anyone else in your home. Dog knows you aren't family and that can be a very bad thing. |

Uhh, yeah, the thumb is a part of the hand isn't it. Obviously our greatest advantage is our brain and the ability it gives us to adapt to any situation. This woman failed to properly use either of those advantages. |

Re: Mom Bites Off Dog’s Ear to Save 2 Year Old Daughter During Attack
Pfft.. I don't care.. I give this Mother utmost respect.. That dog could have killed the child.. I would have reacted similarly.. What would you do? Shoot the dog? I wouldn't point a gun at a dog that has my child's head in it's mouth.. Hit it with a stick? LMAO..the dog would laugh if a dog could laugh as it rag dolls your baby.. When it comes to your child? You'll put your life, limb and whatever else of yours on the line to protect theirs without thought.. Your life means nothing.. the child's? everything.. A good parent's love will send their brain into overdrive. Fears? what the hell are those?.. It's just GO! No caution to even be thrown to the wind. What gets me about this is that my Daughter only turned 2 years old on march 1st.. and this occurred in march and just finally made it's rounds.. So her Daughter and my Daughter are about the same age. Her Motherly/Parental instinct did take over, she reacted. and did something without care for her own being. If not? it would have ended with this as her crying on the phone to 911 and that baby dying. If you have children of your own?.. you'll understand.. and probably will respect what she did. |
