Don't even THINK about leering at Holly Pullen's teen daughter.
Police in Iowa say Pullen caught 48-year-old Robert Harding staring at her 13-year-old as she was playing near her home... and when she confronted him, he asked how old the girl was -- and if he could marry her.

That's all Pullen needed to hear.

"I came unglued at that point," she told KCCI. "I was like 'Dude, she's only 13 that's my daughter.'"

That wasn't good enough for Harding -- Pullen says he asked if she'd sign paperwork so he could marry the girl.

Let's just say Pullen delivered something other than a consent form -- right in the face, as you can see from his mug shot.

Police say Pullen's husband and a friend chased Harding down when he ran and fought with him until the fuzz arrived.

Believe it or not, that's actually when this story gets weird -- because police say Harding even told them he wanted to marry the girl and "sex her," even though he knew she was a minor.

"I don't know what was going through his head," Pullen told the news station. "I really don't because when I confronted him you couldn't smell anything. The man was sober."
