He executed the girl Tarantino style after he already shot her, thats not self defence as she was down and out. It is murder and him saying "because she laughed at me" only makes it easier to say "well he wanted revenge".

Secondly, why were these teens in his home? Trying to fuck with him or after cash for drugs.

I live like 100 miles away from this. My state unfortunately doesn't have the Castle doctrine in statute, but in practice you're not going to be prosecuted unless it was eggregrious, as this situation was. As an example of how over the top things need to be to prosecute, a guy blew away a cop with a shotgun, they did a drug bust on the wrong house and the owner thought it was a home invasion, he was arrested but let go the next day and no charges were ever filed.

The teens were trying to burgle the house. They've been conclusively linked to another burglary, and are suspected in a number of them. Prescription drugs were stolen in the other cases.

Good on him for killing the little *******. Thats what you get for breaking into someones home. The man is kind of dumb though, its like he wants to be jailed or something for this. He could have said they attacked him and he shot them dead and he would have been let off but hes being all macho and sadistic about it. Either way I dont blame him for shooting the little cunts.

What I find weird is that if she hears two shots come from downstairs--why did she instinctively go to the stairs to also get shot? Or am I misunderstanding something?
