One of the reasons one of the first sentences on this site is "we do not condone violence" is because that's not covered in the 1st amendment laws. Meant to edit that post not quote my self. Carry on people. |

I think this will be the closest thing to prosecuting stupidity. And I like it people that do dumb shit if caught should be held accountable in some way.

It's said before the verdict that her family has NO remorse and believe she did nothing wrong. While she was waiting for the trail to begin, she was at her prom...went to Disney and her mother was uploading the pictures on FB after she was told not to do that, due to the impending trial. I hope this judge gives her a harsh sentence. I read somewhere that the fact the judge revoked her bail means that he's going to sentence her to probation. I hope not..this case is national and everyone going to see what happens. If he gives her probation, that's a big slap in the fucking face. |

She will get ten years probated with a fine and lots of community service . I would be very surprised if she went to prison during sentencing and if she did ; 30-90 days county time . The judge has the power to do as he sees fit ; though . |
