This is one reason why we have personal isolation locks at the smelter i work at, only way to start a machine with my lock on it , is to cut the cunt off with bolt cutters.

Same here, 'Lock Out - Tag Out' system, nobody can unlock my lock but me. Paperwork and permits required too, so somebody fucked up big time at this steel mill. Somebody is going to get in hot water...get a real grilling over it. sorry.. |
