Are people really surprised, you realize the volume going out of these plants... even without it on a family farm you probably won't be able to tell if your animal has cancer. You shoot a deer in the woods are you going to take it to a lab to get it checked for illness... people are so fucked now a days expecting everything they eat to be perfect, ohh a spot on my apple its no good blahh blahh

Re: Meat From Diseased Animals Approved For Consumers

it's not that the story is fake, it's just old. it's a 14 year old change.

i've eaten fish with parasites in it before as well... no harm done.

im not saying you're lying or anything but i have a hard time buying that worms survived being cooked.... meaning, i wonder if the food was mishandled and improperly cooled and cooked. worms in particular should have been able to survive that. the fda regs are really only guidlines. they cant watch everybody so i just assume all food is dirty.

if you really want to be disturbed, look up how much rat hair and insects the FDA allows in peanut butter and other food. we eat a ton of bugs (like, pounds) a year because it's nearly impossible to get 'clean' food.
Thank you... fuck so fucking annoying.

Re: Meat From Diseased Animals Approved For Consumers

CANCER is 99% environmental. All the shit in our food, air, and water is here to stay. It will just continue to increase as first, second and third world populations increase and exploit all methods to feed, clothe, and entertain them. Soylent Green is a VERY real possibility in the lifetime of people alive now. Man is just an animal....some ( many, VERY MANY ) of which who will do anything to any living creature to get what they want. GREED is what powers the people who control us. OUR GOD DAMNED GOVERNMENT.

Late response, but; In Michigan and some other areas, if you do shoot a deer you should/kinda have to take it to a lab to get it checked. Tuberculosis.
But, yeah, I hunt for food.
