i would think that it would have to be proven that BMW made those seats to intentionally cause men to get long term erections. a seat is a seat and how your ass fits into it is not the company's fault. and how your penis reacts to it is not the company's fault. the only fault i know of would be the san andreas fault and that has nothing to do with BMW motorcycles or erections lasting two years. (but it will shake your booty every now and then.)
