PHOENIX - Police arrested a 31-year-old man found naked in the bathroom of a dollar store following a 4-day meth and heroin binge. Female employees at the Dollar Tree near 40th Street and Thomas knocked on the bathroom door when they saw water coming out from underneath it.

The employees told police said Shane Chavis answered the door completely naked and exposed himself. The women also found a hypodermic needle and leftover food from the store which he had eaten. Blood was seen in the bathroom's sink.

Prior to officers arriving at the scene, Chavis put his clothes on and walked around the store playing with the Easter decorations. He allegedly sprayed 10 cans of silly string all over the store and threw several items on the ground.

When police officers arrived at the store, Chavis was arrested. Police say Chavis was in possession of a backpack that had black tar heroin in it. Chavis said he'd recently been awake for the past four days using crystal meth.
