Since it fell out of an armored truck, would it have been traceable? I think he did the right thing. And he gets a $5000 reward for it.

He did the right thing. I'm sure it was caught on camera somewhere anyway. I would have given half to the family that a SWAT team thru a grenade in their house & it landed in baby's crib. Baby is in medically induced coma & the family has no medical insurance.
