Man Drove to Meet Internet "Girlfriend";Woman Cracks His Head With Baseball Bat
Betsy Hammond | The Oregonian/OregonLive April 16, 2015 A 24 year old Oregon woman and a 26 year old Alabama man had been dating over the Internet since 2013 and agreed this Spring he would move to Oregon and live with her, Marion County sheriff's officials say. But, when Samuel Campbell arrived at Haley Fox's home in Turner Wednesday and met her in person for the first time, she asked him to close his eyes -- then struck him hard in the head with a baseball bat, fracturing his skull. Fox told investigators that she decided to hurt Campbell because she did not want to be his girlfriend. Cuts on Campbell's head required staples. Fox has been charged with first-degree assault. She was released from jail after posting bail, officials said. Photo of Haley Marie Fox Marion County Sheriff's Office |

So, they met on the internet, internet "dated" for 2 years.......and then she cracks his head with a bat for no reason the first time they meet in person. Yep, this is why I'm sceptical of internet dating |

His first clue should have been that a girl that pretty would have to resort to internet dating in the first place |
