The owner should be responsible for the medical bills. But of course they are being shady about who owns the dog. Whoever shows up to claim the dog should be sued & the dog either euthanized or have its canines removed.

Lol someone groaned me because I said the dog should be euthanized. I have several dogs and if they ever attacked someone I would put the dog to sleep in no time, that's how people get killed. Imagine if it was a little kid. |

That is what I worry about with the dog next door. He sometimes shuts up for me, but, still doesn't let you into his territory, not that I want to go. The owner told me he is trained not to be bribed by snacks so I gave up. There is way to train him not to bite certain people because her daughter and ex-boyfriend were able to come and go, but, the guy did get bitten once. I told him he should have pressed charges. I told a few bite recipients. His owner is a cunt, and I have only used that word for three people in my life, all females! |
