I'm waiting for this to play out. I don't believe the devices were anything but props. I think the guy was just looking for attention and trying to scare some people.

Sorry, the credibility of the FBI lately hasn't been lower in all of history.

It will be interesting to see how they reduce the charges if the "energetic material" turns out to be coffee creamer. (The guy would have seriously fucked himself if he did fill them with gun powder) AND Having a list of people you dislike isn't a crime either.
