In fairness it's very different to a confession. I think spain but I might be wrong, whoever it was walked a copper to the grave of one of his victims. He was not convicted for that crime as it was a off duty chat and the copper had not registered the trip to the graveside but he can never be convicted due to how the body was found. He was sent down for two other murders. If you want to get a conviction it has to be by the book. Using sly tactics, the type that has sent innocent people to jail, only serves to get the guilty skipping through green fields of freedom
