Re: At Least Ten Killed in Charlie Hebdo Shooting in France
Those cartoons need to be posted all over the world every single fucking day in as many media outlets as possible. Sure they can run in and kill the originators, but they can't take on the whole world. Bless you Niknik for having the balls to post these. Many other sites need to do the same. They think that by killing those cartoonists that their Prophet is safe from satire? Fuck them and the ground they walk on. I used to have a certain level of respect for the Muslim community, but this incident in France has changed all that. Completely changed it. On a side note, I know you're going away |

Many nations, unfortunately including the US, are suicidal. It's like keeping lots of container of cyanide all over your kitchen. Sooner or later, there's gonna be a 'mistake'. It's Self-Sabotage. |

Re: At Least Ten Killed in Charlie Hebdo Shooting in France
There actually is because all 3 gunman faced the DP when they decided to play more games and take hostages. France doesn't have the tolerance for that kind of bullshit. The girl that's still lose, well as much as I'd like to see her get the instant DP too, she could be used for intelligence. Tortured on an hourly basis, and then left to rot in a dungeon with no food, no clothing, in filth rat infested surroundings with no people, no food, no water and just left to rot. I think I'd be happy with that.

Re: At Least Ten Killed in Charlie Hebdo Shooting in France
Agreed. The response isn't to submit to and validate the threats and violence. If everyone responded to each protest, threat and violent attack by publishing the "offensive" material—everywhere—it would send the message that not only will countries with freedom of speech defend their right, but Islamist violence only makes things worse for themselves. Or, since it's understandable for publications to be scared, can they at least support the brave people defending THEIR right to freedom of expression rather than vilifying them as troublemakers who are asking for it? It's like giving a tantruming child the cookie he wants. Yes, it shuts him up in the short term, but the only decent response is to teach him that tantrums don't work. |

Re: At Least Ten Killed in Charlie Hebdo Shooting in France
Given how notorious we are as a whole, to gather in giant masses with crude security... I mean, certainly, checking my bag proves I'm safe... Living off welfare to shitheads like that is merely the feeling of "sticking it to the man". Their twisted way of thinking is that they take our money, then kill us with it. Insult to injury, if you will. They don't have the brain power to realize they are feeding their and their children's mouths and thus rely on us to sustain life. Nope, it's "justified theft" to them. |

Re: At Least Ten Killed in Charlie Hebdo Shooting in France
Not trying to be rude, but once again - when I say Death Penalty, I mean convicted in a court of law and being sentenced to death. Being killed in a shoot out is more 'instant justice' in my book. I don't think she holds much intel at this point - they've interrogated her in the past and while she offered up which country they had gone to, to "bow train" women aren't generally privy to many inside details. She followed her husband, she wasn't taught to think of all this own her own. |
