People easily get mistaken for the wrong person and shot all the time. People go in the wrong area and get shot, people say something to the wrong guy and get shot. That's real life..

Exactly what you just conceded.. That regardless of abiding by the law, you still run the risk of getting shot and killed.

If you throw into the mix, officers that are not trained well or are having mental issues(Like was confirmed in the officer that killed the 13 year old boy by his previous department he worked for before Cleveland, and Cleveland did no check before hiring him) the risk to those not committing a crime having some tragedy happen at the hands of police is much higher than it should be.

So is it safe to say if people did stop committing crimes, and got a job, that wouldn't necessarily prevent them from get shot whether it be from the police or whomever.
