He was 20. Lots of kids that age do stupid things under the influence, it doesn't mean they're destined to be life long drunks. Most people grow out of it.

Seems like being a little drunk while boating is safer than riding with the Missouri Highway Patrol. I reckon they'll change their policy on transporting a suspect across bodies of water restrained in such a way that they can't swim. Seriously, some person actually said, "Turn around i'm gonna handcuff you... wait, here put on this life-vest, don't want something bad to happen if you fall off the boat."  Park-Narcs are the fucking worst, usually demoted from 'real' duty. |
