Re: KFC Kicks Out 3 Yr Old Girl Due to Injuries/scars Sustained from Pitbull Attack
Be interesting to find out how this story progresses....I find it hard to believe that every customer would complain...I for one would have objected to them being asked to leave and I'm sure the majority of customers (I assume it was busy at the time) would have as well....KFC have already made a goodwill payment of $30,00...This does not mean they are saying the alleged events are true...Perhaps one family did complain and on reflection and a few days later $$ making opportunities were discussed and put in action |

That poor little girl and her family. I cannot imagine something like this happening in this day and age. What a fantastic lawsuit...there would be no way KFC could afford to actually go to court on this, they'll have to pay basically whatever the family wants and shut up about it.

They could afford it financially, and there are ways that they could win. But the cost in terms of PR would be astronomical. This also makes me wonder if KFC employs a franchise model. |

If I saw that girl, I would hug her and tell her how beautiful she looks. Not only upset at the company, but the customers that complained about her in the first place. People can be so cruel. That poor girl. Already hard enough on her as it is without others looking down on her thinking her face is scary.

It's not like anyone was forcing them to look at her. If you don't like it look the other way. That is truly pathetic |

This is a clear cut case of extortion by a Trailer Trash Family.

Yea, they do look a little trailer trashy, but I have this suspecision that the story's gonna be true. Think about what the average fast food franchise hires, the employee turn over rates, crappy customer service training/expectations, robotic responses to simple problems, lack of initiative, lack of financial gain, etc. Can't you just picture this type of behavior in some isolated franchise set in an equally isolated rural community? I sure can. They should know better.
