He’ll have a full recovery of his paralysis. He was shot in the lower back under T-12 which is where your spinal cord ends and the causal equine begins. He’ll be back to normal eventually.  |

What do latinos have to do with this story? But anyways, the kid was 18 and was physically harassing innocent bystanders. Maybe the girl should have called the police instead of her dad, either way, the kid started shit and paid the price for it.
