the fetus is viable at 23 weeks...even if it is with life support, the "lump of tissue" is still viable.

There IS a reason most States don't allow abortion after 23 weeks unless there is risk to the mother's health.

Although I am very much so pro-abortion...or whatever...I got to say, I think Ninja Delusion's arguments are stronger.

I think the biggest obstacle pro-choice people face lies within the name - the right to 'choose' is a luxury of our modern democratic society, whereas the right to kill has never, with the exception of things like war and defense, been a standard in any society ever.

I think the best arguments for abortion are found in practical reasons and technical ones, like 'what makes a person a person?'

What does make a person a person?
The best argument for abortion can be found in statistics. Statistically, 100% of all fetuses that survive to maturity become disgusting pieces of shit (myself included.) It just seems to be a "miscarriage" of justice to destroy unborn children who have yet to fulfill their destiny as trash when there is a population this side of the womb patiently awaiting what its long had coming, having already "earned" its stripes.

90% of statistics are made up on the spot.

Seriously though:
The majority of people do in fact, suck.
Add on to that the fact that there are too many people(I know there's a large part of the planet that's uninhabited) as it is.

I'm almost hoping some sort of super-virus wipes out 75% of the planet, and that the survivors aren't complete douchebags.

I totally agree. We need another Black Plague epidemic! Humans have gone to far out of survival of the fittest rule. Thats how it should be, survival of the fittest. If people kept to that rule we wouldn't have so many people with these debilitating illnesses.

There's a new virus going around that doesn't do anything except stop Antibiotics from working.

It's a start?

The only thing keeping me from agreeing with you is that I'm unfit and I never want to die.

I think he might be referring to people like Terry Schiavo.

I know - I was just joking. Except for the dying part.

If it makes you feel better, I would've been gone a LONG time ago if that rule went. Which would be great, I really don't like living in chronic pain.
