Quite right. While in Ely Nevada I commented to the gas station attendant on the hard liquor they had for sale. She replied that Nevada is very fair minded about alcohol. You can walk around with an open container and drink all you want. Even being drunk is not a problem if you don't cause a problem. Being drunk on a raft would not even raise an eyebrow. God bless Nevada!
