Judge Gives Man 935 to 1,870 Year Sentence For Sexually Abusing Child

Still having issues. http://6abc.com/news/judge-gives-man...entence/59090/ Wednesday, May 14, 2014 DOYLESTOWN, PA (WPVI) -- A southeastern Pennsylvania judge has imposed a 935 to 1,870 year prison sentence to an 81 year old man who sexually abused a girl for four years and videotaped nearly every assault. The Bucks County Courier Times reported Tuesday that Judge Albert Cepparulo said he wanted the sentence to serve as a warning to other child predators. Thomas Holliday was convicted in January of 234 crimes, including hundreds of counts related to creating and possessing child pornography. Prosecutors said Holliday began abusing the girl in 2009, when she was 14. Holliday was a family friend who offered to help the girl's mother financially and the girl was sent to live with him. He denied the charges, telling the judge that he and the teen were in love. He'll rot in jail, but, it's a great start! Kudos to this judge! Police say an investigation led them to Thomas Holliday of Yardley. Holliday was taken into custody on Saturday. He is facing several charges including possession of child porn, endangering the welfare of a child and corrupting minors. Holliday was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $100,000 bail. An investigation is still ongoing.  · |

Good justice and all, but it pisses me off he's already so old  Almost feels like he got away with it anyways since he lived such a long ass life, gonna croak soon anyways  Look at that smug fuckin grin, he knows it too |

Back in 1999 there was a murder around my area. The guy got caught and was sentenced to 99 years. He was 19. He was like, "Do I get good time?" True story lol |

Seems dumb to sentence anyone to that much time. Just say life in prison with no chance of parole.
