Is the act of sex magically different at different ages? You do know that the other guys they are banging are all doing it for the exact same reason, right?

I can see being emotionally gutted if you found out your sweet innocent daughter was hoodwinked by some scumbag into thinking he loved her - but if she's giving it out freely to multiple partners, she IS capable of making decisions regarding consensual sex with someone over the age of 18.

You get rid of this guy, she'll just be bending over for another one. It doesn't stop anything. If she wants it from an older guy, she'll find it and get it. It's been happening since the beginning of time.

That's why everywhere else in the world, the age of consent is much younger. They know that teen girls are sexually active at a younger age than 18, and will go looking for it.

The dynamics of a consensual sexual relationship between 2 teenagers is completely different than a situation between an Adult and a child.

By definition sex between a 40 year old and a minor is considered rape, because the minor isn't considered mature enough to make that decision and would be prone to being manipulated by an adult.

A former franchisee claims executives in Subway's advertising unit knew about their famous spokesman's interest in sex with children going as far back as 2008.

Cindy Mills, who ran a Subway restaurant franchise in Pensacola, Fla., said she started reaching out to Subway executives about Jared Fogle's interest in children after he spoke openly about it with her.

In total, Mills talked to three executives with Subway's advertising unit, known as the Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust (SFTAT), she told Business Insider in an interview that included her lawyer, Robert Beasley. SFAFT pools and manages advertising funds for the restaurant chain's franchisees.

Fogle, who has been Subway's most recognized spokesman for 15 years, has admitted to child pornography and traveling to have sex with minors, according to prosecutors in Indiana, where Fogle lives. Fogle, famous for losing about 245 pounds on a diet of Subway sandwiches in college, is expected to plead guilty to the allegations at a later date.

Subway has said it has cut off all ties with its former pitchman in light of his arrest and expected guilty plea. But Mill's allegations, which emerged Thursday, threaten to muddy the restaurant chain as well.

Kevin Kane, a spokesman for Subway, didn't immediately return a request for comment.

Mills said she met Fogle at a Subway event and had an affair with him, according to BI's report. During that time, Fogle told her he'd had sex with prostitutes between the ages of 9 and 16 years old in Thailand and the US, she said. He also asked her to set up a meeting for him with Mills' cousin, who was underage at the time, she told BI.

Mills lawyer didn't immediately return a request for an interview.

Mills became "uncomfortable with relationship" after Fogle allegedly pressured Mills to sell herself on Craigslist, BI said.

Mills told Jeff Moody, head of SFAFT, about Jared's disturbing behavior in a phone call, she said. She also shared her concerns with two other SFAFT executives at a Subway-sponsored NASCAR event in Phoenix, she said.

She said she did not go to the police because she was afraid of Jared's money and power.

Fogle's arrest comes as Subway struggles to fight off growing competition from restaurant chains like Chik-Fil-A and Chipotle.

Subway was founded on this day 50 years ago. On Thursday, Subway marked the birthday with a "small celebration" at their Milford, Conn., headquarters, the company said on Thursday.

Complex reports that ousted Subway spokesman Jared Fogle has received a 15-year sentence after pleading guilty to child pornography and other sex crime charges. Fogle’s lawyers were hoping for a mere five-year imprisonment for their client, because the psychiatrist they called to testify on his behalf suggested that Fogle suffers from a case of “mild pedophilia,” and obviously decades-long sentences should only be handed down in more “severe” cases of sexual assault. And after all, he was “profoundly sorry for what he has done.”

But that wasn’t the only excuse that the expert, Dr. John Bradford, made for Fogle. During the sentencing hearing, Bradford claimed that Fogle’s crimes were a result of his Subway diet. No doubt drawing inspiration from the so-called “Twinkie defense,” Bradford claims that Fogle’s weight loss, prompted by the Subway diet that was once his claim to fame, caused him to become “hypersexual.” That’s according to The Indianapolis Star, which also noted that Bradford went so far as to say that Fogle could suffer from “brain disorders that can be associated with sexual drive.”

Bradford was also cross-examined about his “mild pedophilia” diagnosis in regards to Fogle’s crimes, and it turns out he’s the only person in his field willing to use such a term. The prosecution initially sought a 12-1/2 year sentence, but decided the term wouldn’t “sufficiently account for the defendant’s criminal conduct.” Fogle also has to pay $1.4 million in restitution to his victims.
