Sure if a woman continues to put herself in situations that she's aware put her at greater risk. It's wreck less, and as you said, a problem she helped make possible.

What was the extent of your "No"?

If some guy was giving unwanted advances and didn't back off - I'd fuck him up to the best of my abilities.

If it happens on multiple occasions - it's definitely something on your end that's a big part of the problem. You aren't learning from your experiences and not doing anything to improve the situation.

Just because you choose to acquaint yourself with morally void "normal" guys it doesn't mean all men are like that.

If you're telling a man no or stop and he continues why wouldn't you remove yourself from the situation? If he forcibly keeps you from leaving and RAPES you, then go to a hospital after and report it to the police. I don't see how you could let something like that happen over and over, it doesn't make sense logically.
