Women do it all the time. It's fairly common for women to not report rape. Especially when the possible rapist has a lot of influence or is a superior of some sort.

Although I don’t care for Janice Dickinson that much, I do believe because she was loose and a drug addict is the very reason Bill Cosby may have raped her. Who would believe a junkie who sleeps with everyone??? She was the perfect victim for this to be done to!!!

If you take a pill someone gives to you, that's at your own risk..

It doesn't mean someone is allowed to rape you, but it also doesn't MEAN someone raped you just because you were fucked up and forgot.
