I saw Dickinson talking in an interview about it.. She even said he handed her a pill that she took then blacked out and ended up naked.

He didn't slip her shit, she took the pill herself. IF her story is even true..
Not sure I understand your point. Does it really matter if he slipped it into her drink or he handed it to her? Either way if she passes out and he has sex with her it's rape.

I can't stand her. Funny how it was never important for any of these women to make a big deal about this, until now. If I were raped, I would have been at the PD ASAP, not 30 years later.

She is a loser who has drifted out of the spotlight, what better way to get her name back in the public eye.
Women do it all the time. It's fairly common for women to not report rape. Especially when the possible rapist has a lot of influence or is a superior of some sort.

Three women coming forward. It's doubtful they all are making it up.

I've heard years back that Cosby isn't the friendly old man he often played in Hollywood.

Although I don’t care for Janice Dickinson that much, I do believe because she was loose and a drug addict is the very reason Bill Cosby may have raped her. Who would believe a junkie who sleeps with everyone??? She was the perfect victim for this to be done to!!!

If you take a pill someone gives to you, that's at your own risk..

It doesn't mean someone is allowed to rape you, but it also doesn't MEAN someone raped you just because you were fucked up and forgot.
