Why is Radar claiming there is "speculation of a settlement", when it's pretty well proved beyond a doubt neither were even there? She withdrew because she was lying. He hasn't settled with claims that are more likely (not saying they happened, just circumstance here) to have happened, he's not going to settle with someone who couldn't even prove they were ever in the same place at the same time.
