2- Most 1 night stands don't involve a woman so messed up she doesn't know what she's doing.

I never said it wouldn't play out bad in court, in fact I am one to say it is a flaw in the system. Because while it should be OUR responsibility to not let ourselves get into the position to bang a drunk horny slut, all because of the potential outcome, they too should take responsibility for making poor judgments.

When a drunk girl gets all open legged for any guy, whom may also be intoxicated. That is just asking for disaster.

NOPD has a special victims unit, mostly employed officers with degrees. They spend more of their time separating the bullshit rapes from the real, because majority of their complaints filed are that of drunk idiots making poor judgment calls.
