My take on it is, what difference does it make?

Since Iraq, a plethora of "private security" schools have littered the Map, not only in the U.S, but in every continent. For a tuition, any joe can go get the same, if not BETTER training one would, working their way up the ranks in the U.S military.

This is nothing new. Osama Bin Laden had US training, the 9/11 high jackers trained for their mission in America Flight schools. I don't doubt that America and other allied countries have a few ISIS/L moles as well, they're just not stupid enough to publicly proclaim it to the enemy.
